4. Strict Multi-Device Security Policy (2-Device Limit)

Every AutoNovaPost account is engineered with a strict 2-Device Concurrency Limit (specifically designed to accommodate one Primary Creator and one designated Video Editor or Team Member):

• When you log in, your device hardware identifier is registered in your secure cloud document under activeDevices.
• If an account is active on 2 devices and a 3rd device attempts login, access is locked on the 3rd device via our real-time security overlay.
• Users retain the power to trigger "Log Out Other Devices & Enter", which immediately disconnects other sessions in real time via live cloud snapshot synchronization.
• When you manually log out from a device, only that specific hardware token is released, keeping your teammate's session and your connected social channels uninterrupted.

Once your initial 7-day free trial concludes and you elect to purchase a paid subscription (such as our 1-Month Pro Plan at ₹199/- or equivalent), the following strict refund framework applies:

A full refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are strictly satisfied:

1. You have published zero (0) videos on your paid Pro subscription; AND
2. You submit an official refund notice within seven (7) calendar days from the exact transaction timestamp of your paid plan activation; AND
3. Your claim is submitted directly through the in-app Help & Support desk or via email to info.tbatech7@gmail.com containing your registered account email, transaction ID, and device ID.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Cycle

You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing charges on your next renewal date. Following cancellation, your account will remain active on Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, with no partial or prorated refunds for mid-month days.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims without contacting our support desk will result in immediate and permanent hardware-level ban of your mobile device identifier and permanent termination of your linked social channels from our cloud cluster.

By downloading, installing, registering, or operating AutoNovaPost, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to every clause, you must cease use of our services immediately.

1. Account Registration & Concurrency

You must authenticate using an authorized Google account. You are solely responsible for all automated posts, titles, and media transmitted under your credentials. Sharing your account beyond the permitted 2 active devices (Primary Creator + 1 Editor/Team Member) is strictly forbidden and monitored by automated hardware verification.

2. Permissible Content & Prohibited Use

You agree to utilize AutoNovaPost exclusively for lawful content distribution. You strictly warrant that you will NOT utilize our software or AI engines to distribute:

• Unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material.
• Terrorist propaganda, hate speech, incitement to communal violence, or threats against public safety.
• Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Spam, repetitive unsolicited promotional floods, deceptive malware, or phishing campaigns.
• Content that triggers platform violations under YouTube Community Guidelines, Meta Developer Terms, or Instagram Terms of Use.

AutoNovaPost implements an automatic AI safety filter. Videos flagged for severe platform violations will be aborted immediately with the status BANNED_CONTENT_DETECTED and may lead to account suspension without refund.

3. Third-Party Platform Dependencies & Quota Governance

AutoNovaPost relies on third-party APIs maintained by Google and Meta. You acknowledge that:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability if third-party platforms encounter outages, rate-limiting, or breaking API deprecations.
• Social media platforms enforce upload rate limits and daily publishing quotas. AutoNovaPost implements a dynamic "Drip Feed" scheduling buffer to safeguard your social channels from bot-detection flags. Exact publishing seconds may vary slightly to honor platform safety limits.
• If a social platform revokes your authorization token, our server will safely pause publishing and alert you via email to reconnect your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all original video media, logos, and creative assets uploaded to AutoNovaPost. TBA Tech claims no proprietary ownership over your creative output.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AutoNovaPost is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, TBA Tech, its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of viral engagement, algorithmic shadowbans, ad revenue dips, social channel suspensions, or data loss arising from your operation of the application. You utilize this software at your own calculated discretion.
